Privacy notice

What happens to the details you send with an enquiry, what this website records while you read it, and how to have any of it deleted.

Who handles it

Peter’s Exterior Cleaning is a sole trader working across Lincolnshire, and is the controller of the information described below. To ask anything about it, call or message 07504 561937.

What the enquiry form collects

Your name and phone number, which are needed to reply; and, only if you choose to fill them in, your email address, your postcode, which services you are asking about and whatever you write in the message box. The form also records which page you sent it from, so it is possible to tell which parts of the site are doing their job.

What it is used for

Answering your enquiry, pricing the work and arranging the visit. Nothing else. It is not used for marketing, it is not added to a mailing list, and it is never sold, rented or passed to anyone for their own purposes.

Who else sees it

The form is processed by FormVault, the form service that runs this site’s enquiry handling, which stores the submission and emails it on. The email itself is delivered by an email provider on FormVault’s behalf. Both act on instructions and neither uses what you sent for anything of their own.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that turn into work are kept for six years, because that is how long tax records have to be available. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within twelve months. Ask sooner and they go sooner.

What this website records

The web server keeps a short access log: the page requested, the time, the browser type and a masked version of the visitor’s address, which is cut down before it is written so it cannot identify a household. The headers that would carry the full address are discarded rather than stored, and so is any cookie header. The log is kept for thirty days and is used to see whether search engines have found the site at all.

No cookies, no tracking

There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to. No cookies are set by these pages, no analytics script runs on them, no advertising or social media tracker is loaded, and nothing is shared with an advertising network.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to it being held at all. Call or message 07504 561937 and say which. There is nothing to pay and no form to fill in. If the answer is unsatisfactory you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

If what happens to your details changes, this page changes with it. It was last reviewed in October 2026.
